Our clubs for children and teenagers are a great way to meet like-minded young people of a similar age, while enjoying some time outdoors surrounded by farm animals.
We offer a number of different clubs throughout the year from one off taster sessions in the school holiday, to a term at a time during school time.
Young Farmers Club ages 8 years plus - Our young farmers get stuck into all tasks and help us to run the farm, feeding animals, animal husbandry tasks, mucking out and more. Each season is different on the farm, so no two terms are the same. Our young farmers also gain AQA Unit Award Scheme certification in farming.
Animal Care Club 5 years plus - Our animal care group come to meet the animals, feed, pet, walk and spend time with the animals. They assist with the morning feed rounds. This group is a better option for those who are not interested in tasks like mucking out.
We offer different sessions throughout the year, Saturday mornings, after school clubs and school holidays.
Our farm is CEVAS accredited to provide educational visits and all staff running the courses are DBS checked, first aiders and have done safeguarding training.
To book please scroll down to your child age group to see the relevant dates.
Our young farmers clubs are supported by Dover District Council cost of living community impact fund.
One off events
Ages 8 years +
A special session for our young farmers to attend. Many of them have been involved in the ewes pregnancy from pre tupping through until now, so this is a great way for them to find out the results.
Join our farmers today and assist us with pregnancy scanning our ewes, nanny goats, alpacas and pigs. Dan the sonographer will spend a little time with each of the young farmers, showing them how he scans and what he sees on the screen.
Their tasks during the session will be:
Feed all of the farms animals
Bed up the barn & refill water
Set up the sheep race and assist with driving the ewes through the sheep race and into the scanning crate. Spray a colour dot on the ewes back relevant to the number of lambs she is carrying.
Watch the animals being scanned and learn how to read the results. Spray a colour dot on the ewes back relevant to the number of lambs she is carrying.
Assist with returning the ewes to the field.

Frampton farm after school club meet on Wednesdays from March to October.
This is a club for our young farmers committee members and those who have attended other sessins for at least 6 months.
This term is all about baby animals being born, the young farmers will be assisting with cleaning the barn and poly tunnel, moving ewes and lambs into the nursery poly tunnel, possibly seeing lamb, kids and piglets being born. Meeting the babies and learning what we need to do once a baby is born including seeing tail docking, castration and ear tagging.
Please note that many of our animals birth during the night time so there is no guarentee of seeing a birth. Sadly labour does occasionally go wrong and there is a very small chance that they may experience a still birth.
Cost £12.50 per week payable a term at a time.
We will also be working towards AQA certification in the sessions.

My son visits this farm once a week through school . He has ADHD and ASD and everyone at the farm have really made an impact on his life in general! We were very kindly invited as a family to visit and see what H gets up to on his visits . We all had the best time the whole feel of the farm is relaxing, Calm and Happy 😊. All the animals are so very well looked after which you can tell by how affectionate they are ❤️. Thank you.

We had such a lovely experience during our visit, feeding the lamb and holding the baby goats. Zenan was a great tour guide.

This has been on my bucket list for a very long time but I didn't want to do it in a crowded environment with lots of people who may scare the animals. Frampton Farm was exceptional we had a private visit of 4 adults it was educational and a lot of fun interacting with the baby lambs and goats and all the other animals that are looked after on the farm. We were lucky enough to feed the lambs and the whole experience was so memorable. We have a grandson who is 2 and we hope to return with him next year when is a little bit older and understands more. Thank you to Karen and the team for an amazing experience we highly recommend this experience.

An outstanding visit. The owners have really taken a corner of the market in an excellent fashion. I’ve taken most of my Grandchildren round and each experience has been different, but just as enjoyable!! An excellent attraction!
